{ WHAT THE HELL IS ADD? } MY FRIENDS SAY I SHOULD ACT MY AGE. WHAT'S MY AGE AGAIN? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oliver Marshall wasn't the type of guy to spend too much time in the library. He'd finished all of his homework nearly a week ago, which translated to him being bored out of his mind. He had just played a long game of wall ball, and was quite tired. He had successfully beating a group of non-athletic athletes and was quite bored. He had a string of free periods at the end of the day, which he always found to be quite torturous after he'd gone complaining to the principal who refused to give him permission to leave campus and go home. It wasn't like he had to stay at all, he was done with his classes for the day.
Oliver yawned loudly and stretched his arms out, obnoxiously bumping into some random person with an outstretched arms. He snickered quietly and continued on. Perhaps he'd find some random nerd in the library he could bother. Oliver yawned again and swung the library door open with a loud 'thwack'. A librarian glared at him, but Oliver ignored it. He always enjoyed a loud entrance, especially when the entire room turned to look at him, or in this case, the entire library. Oliver waved innocently, giving a salute to the librarian, complete with a nice, seductive wink.
Oliver sat down at a computer and checked his emails, but he'd already done that earlier in the day, and no one had emailed him since then, meaning he was yet again left with nothing to do. Oliver sighed loudly, in an almost cat-like manor. He hissed silently, and scanned the library for a familiar face.
Finding someone he knew, Oliver found himself instantly drawn to the person. He got up and, with legs like lead, Oliver made his way over to the other boy. Oliver cursed loudly, why was he so nervous? It wasn't like he didn't know the boy, they'd been friends since they were in dipers, but the older boy had some kind of magical power that made Oliver feel weak and silly around him. Nervous, even.
The blonde teen cursed angrily, "Pull yourself together, damnit," he muttered under his breath. He kicked his shin lightly to keep from getting weak-legged and proceeded to sit down next to the other boy.
Hey, Christopher," Oliver said, using the other boy's full name, knowing it was sure to upset him. Oliver pulled a smirk across his face, though he could feel his cheeks burning with a slight blush that refused to go away. Oliver poked the other boy a couple of times to grab his attention, "Whassup?"

ONE HOUR BEFORE...
The boy walked inside the library, rubbing his left eye with one hand sleepily. It was break already and this black haired wonder of a grump had nothing to do. His entrance was silent, no one at any of the tables even took the time to glance at him. Yeah, he attracted a lot of attention.. Yeah, not really.
The crimson eyed boy nodded to the librarian, earning a soft smile back. Perfect, he gained one of the staff's trust. Now to think of a way to use it to his advantage. Maybe get him/her to spill secrets about the teachers? Class was easy, especially Literature which was basically his favorite subject.
Class was out, people were walking home, getting picked up by their parents, driving home, blah blah blah. Chris went ahead and stayed in the library for the time being. It was his favorite place to hang out and chill. Alone. 'Cause he's coool like that.
He sat at the computer, idling around foolishly, bored. He was playing this and he was checking that but he wasn't a computer nerd. He was a book nerd. A hot one at that. So what was a BOOK nerd doing on a COMPUTER on a freaking LIBRARY?! Beats me.
The boy, after waisting almost twenty minutes on a computer, went to the large array of book shelves. He finally picked out a dusty old book and sat on a leather seat, opening it up and starting to read.
PRESENT?!
The boy was still reading, his eyes focused on the small words of the large book. Those crimson orbs of his not even showing a hint of being tired.
A couple minutes after, a loud entrance was heard. Through the book, Christopher wasn't even fazed by the entrance. He was too busy reading the book. Luckily, it went back to being quiet just like it was before.
The silence did NOT last long.
"Hey, Christopher,"
The voice belonged to no one other than the famous Oliver Marshall. Perfect.
The one he loved liked just had to be the person to be right beside him, huh?
He pretended to be reading but underneath that thick book was a blushing Chris. His face almost as red as his eyes. The boy was prodded a few times as if to grab his attention... It worked.
"......Hi."
That was all he said, placing the book back down on his lap he stared at the other with a fierce yet cute soft expression, his face still flushed.

{ WHAT THE HELL IS ADD? } MY FRIENDS SAY I SHOULD ACT MY AGE. WHAT'S MY AGE AGAIN? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "......Hi."
Oliver frowned and nearly pulled his hair out. He went all out of his way to say the other boy's name, full name, too, and all he got was a 'hi' — not even a freaking 'hello'. Oliver clenched his fists, but took a couple deep breaths to calm himself down. He couldn't believe Christopher. He was always so nice to the guy, and all he ever got was silence, with the other boy's nose shoved into the pages of a book. Wasn't Oliver better than some silly old book covered in dust? Honestly, that monstrosity didn't look like anyone had touched it before Chris since the fifties.
Angrily, Oliver grabbed the book from Christopher and nudged the the other boy's forehead with his own. They were dangerously close, but Oliver didn't care. He could tell his face was red as hell, but he wanted to get out of this place faster than the speed of light, as long as Christopher was with him when he did so. Oliver smirked, holding back the blush that was slowly seeping through his cocky mask, "C'mon, Christopher," again, Oliver used the other boy's full first name, trying to get a reaction out of the older teen, "We're getting you out of here,"
With that, Oliver snatched the crimson-eyed boy's hand, attempting to pull him up from the leather chair he was sitting on. The book Oliver snatched away had been long since tossed carelessly into a corner, "If you keep reading all this shit, you're gonna turn into a book yourself!" Oliver moaned, tugging the other boy's hand as hard as he could. Oliver wasn't much of an athlete, he could play a good game of soccer, but where was the talent in kicking a ball into a net? There wasn't much; at least, not for Oliver. He was thin, scrawny, and completely gorgeous, and definitely not the type to waste his beauty on working out and getting sweaty in a gym or weight room.
Which basically meant Oliver was what one might call a wimp. A super-sexy-awesome wimp, but a wimp all the same. "C'mon, Chris, lets go-o," he moaned, attempting to make his voice as sexual and obnoxious as possible, again trying to get a reaction out of the older teen.
If only Christopher would just come out and say he was into Oliver, it would be so much easier. Oliver sure as hell wasn't going to say it first; he had a reputation as a player, and he wasn't going to change that on his own accord... though he would do anything to change that reputation if it meant getting Christopher in the end.
Oliver smiled inwardly, it was almost pathetic how easily the other boy could change Oliver, who would gladly give up any other relationship to be with this one boy he'd known since his childhood. Oliver quickly replaced the smile with a large, Oliver-ish smirk, and proceeded with his attempt at dragging Christopher away from the damned library.

There was no way that Oliver Marshall, THE Oliver Marshall will crack his shell of no emotion. Much like a turtle, a hard shell on the outside yet nothing but the soft little animal inside. Yeah. Great comparison, right?
He noticed the blonde's hands ball into clenched fists. Ahh, cracked a nerve there. Christopher found it adorable. It was like a game to see who would crack first. A LOVE game. A game that Christopher took seriously.
Indeed, Oliver was better than his books by a large amount of numbers. It was the same for most other people. But his books were the only escape he had. The only place that would take him into a world without HIM in there. Where he doesn't need to worry about him getting in a serious relationship with some other bitch in the city.
While he sat in the library in another world.
He was distracted in his thoughts, only realizing that he was staring back down on the book. Within a second, Oliver had taken the book and had thrown it into the library floor, creating a loud THUD noise. The boy was about to get up to go and retrieve the old dinosaur of a book but the blonde had closed his pathway... And popped his personal bubble. Yeah, thanks a lot Oliver.
They were super close, close enough that Christopher could stare deep into those emerald pools of the other boy's. Oh, how he wished to close the tiny gap between them. Heat was emitting from Oliver's face, the same with him. His face was as red as a beet... More or less.
He could tell that a smirk was crawling into the other's face. So much for Oliver being the first one to crack.
"C'mon, Christopher,"
There it was again, the boy's shitty name was said aloud by the popular dude that he had known for so long.. the same boy that he loved. But his name was still shitty, there's no doubting that.
"We're getting you out of here"
Oliver had gone back a few inches and before he could do anything else, like reach for a book and smash the other boy's head with it, his hand was taken and was desperately pulled on.
Not a single inch.
Nope, he did not move a single millimeter. But he did purposely let himself get pulled, though he did not get out of his chair. Christopher gripped Oliver's hand tightly, as if trying to say "I ain't going anywhere, retard"
"If you keep reading all this shit, you're going to turn into a book yourself!"
Yeah, right! He'd rather turn into a book rather than have his fragile heart cracked into a million pieces.
"C'mon, Chris, let's go-o!"
What a cheater. Oliver was letting out a seductive, ridiculous moan with the same tone of a voice.
Oliver knew that Christopher just couldn't stand getting stared at, even in the place he was most comfortable in.
Some stupid jocks who were getting tutored, a couple of nerds, and the librarian stared at them oddly and Chris was pretty sure the librarian was about to say "Go get a room!" Christopher lost. His face was completely covered with the reddish hue, as if all of his blood went straight up into his adorable face.
But he was still gonna try to win. Maybe escape with a bunch of books. If they were gonna go outside in public together, Oliver'd probably be crowded with girls and guys.. He could feel his eyes water but he held it back, refusing to show any emotion at all. But they were still getting stared at!
No choice but to go outside. He got up, almost pulling Oliver to him, but got up nonetheless.
"...So..Where are you planning to take me?"
He groaned, obviously not wanting to leave the library but at the same time, wanting to leave in order to escape the eyes that were staring at them like they were a couple in some kind of drama.. They had to leave.. Now.
Though, he didn't mind keeping their hands intertwined.

{ WHAT THE HELL IS ADD? } MY FRIENDS SAY I SHOULD ACT MY AGE. WHAT'S MY AGE AGAIN? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oliver was thoroughly delighted when Christopher finally seemed to give in and get up. Oliver's face brightened up considerably, and he was happy to pull the other boy along, holding Christopher's hand tightly in his own.
"...So..Where are you planning to take me?"
Oliver laughed, pushing every strong desire to say something extraordinarily sexual out of his brain, "Only one of my favorite places on campus, of course," Oliver gave Chris one of the sexiest smiles he could muster, though he failed miserably at keeping his face from turning red.
"You know, uh, if you wanna," the blonde teen added. He was trying to be nice, but that wasn't really his personality. Without waiting for an answer, Oliver continued to tug on Christopher's arm, pulling him across the library. Oliver was one of those people with way too much time on their hands, and because of it, was inclined to go searching throughout the school for strange nooks and crannies to call his own. The library balcony, typically off limits, was no exception. Oliver looked back in order to see Chris's face when the other boy found out they weren't really going to leave the library.
Oliver let go of Chris's hand and ran full-speed up the steps to the second floor of the library. He looked down at the other boy, his usual competitive smirk plastered onto his face.
"C'mon, Christopher, " he taunted playfully, trying to hide his inner nervousness, normally he'd only be up here with friends, and every once in a while, a hot girl. But never somebody he was uncontrollably attracted to. At least, not in this way. Oliver never really had liked someone this much before, and he found his usual charm wasn't totally in check, and he was left suffering with a case of the nerves.
Oliver sucked it up, and took a deep breath before continuing to taunt the older teen, "Even a turtle could beat you up these stairs, lets move it,"

He did not give up or give in because he wanted to. He did that so he can escape the god damn stares everyone was giving them.
Unless it was obvious enough, Chris wanted to keep one thing straight:: HE DID NOT APPRECIATE HAVING OTHER PEOPLE STARE AT HIM ESPECIALLY GETTING LAUGHED AT.
Oliver should know that.. Luckily, no one was laughing yet and he wanted to maintain the no laughing thing.
People continued staring, making Christopher's face heat up. Why was Oliver taking so slow?!
He could hear the murmurs of the others inside the library, making Christopher blush even harder. Make it all stop. Please.
If those retarded jocks thought that they can gain popularity by spreading rumors, one could only hope that they lived near a hospital.
When they reached the flight of stairs, a temper vain appeared on the boy's face. He glared angrily at Oliver, his crimson eyes flashing with a pout on his lips.
A nerve popped.
Before Chris could do anything, Oliver let go of his hand and ran up the stairs. He could feel all eyes on him, a nervous wave shook the boy's body.
"Waaah! Wait!!!"
His speed built up, as if he was aiming to tackle the other boy.
"AND DONT YOU DARE COMPARE ME TO A TURTLE!!!"
His voice was loud, earning a loud SHHHH in return. He was out of character, running completely on whatever his mind tells him to do. Why? He was scared. Scared.. scared..scared
